Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse near Milan, Italy. We use Poste Italiane for deliveries within Italy and UPS for deliveries to other EU destinations.

Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated Transit Time
• Italy: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Other EU destinations we serve: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service. Remote locations, public holidays and carrier delays may require additional time.

Shipping Rates
• Italy: free shipping on orders of €49 or more; €6.90 on orders below €49.
• Other EU destinations we serve: free shipping on orders of €79 or more; €9.90 on orders below €79.

Free shipping eligibility is based on the order value after discounts. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
