Refund policy

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn, unused, and in original condition
• returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
• returned with the security tag / anti-use tag still attached

 

Please note:

• Panties / briefs / thongs are non-returnable, unless faulty
• Items with a removed, broken, or damaged security tag cannot be returned
•  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
• Returns must be requested before sending the item back

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
